friendly staff clean room great selection beautiful upgrade

The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. The room was modern and clean (I was impressed). Breakfast had a great selection, freshly cooked and delicious. I received a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful room with prosecco and a mini hamper. I felt really appreciated.

Some of the furnishings showed a little wear, but nothing serious.

The breakfast room felt far too warm, a serious problem since it lacked air conditioning. this made eating difficult. also, the pastries were almost gone by 9:30 am. staff said there were no more, leaving me disappointed since i was looking forward to those most. the boiled egg i tried was undercooked. It was gooey and inedible.

central location large tv ample choice malfunctioning fridge limited lighting chipped furniture

the location is very central i found that helpful. the room was modern with a large tv i liked that. breakfast offered plenty of choices it was excellent.

the fridge in my room did not work i needed it. there was not much lighting in the room i prefer brighter rooms. i noticed a couple of chips in the furniture it should be better maintained.

dirty room broken remote

The location was good for getting around. It was easy to access different parts of the city.

I was really disappointed that my room wasn't properly cleaned before my arrival. there were hairs in the bathroom and some stains on the carpet. It made me question the overall hygiene. also, the tv remote didn't work, i had to call maintenance to fix it, i wasted time because of it.
